Family Reconciliation Center
Residential Treatment
The Family Reconciliation Center (FRC) is Wellspring's Residential Treatment Program designed for both boys and girls ages 10 through 17. Youth live in the FRC facility, receiving 24-hour supervision and intensive, short-term treatment, attending group therapy a minimum 3 times per day.
Psycho-educational groups address social skills, anger management, moral development, boundaries, self-esteem, independent living skills, destructive and empowered thinking, and tactics to accept accountability and other topics as needed. All therapy is strength based and solution focused.
Medical, psychiatric, psychological or educational services are available by referral. Youth continue to attend their current school or attend school at Wellspring.
Youth and Families enrolled in the FRC receive the following benefits:

- Collaboration with parents, referral agency, schools and other providers
- Daily school classes conducted by on-site certified teacher
